Your age poses no issue, and you seem like a good potential clanmate. I'm not sure if Echo wants to playtest you or not (just to get a feel for you as a player), but you're pretty much fine. Go ahead and apply for the in-game clan and I'll accept you when he gives me the go-ahead.

I'll also have Echo do something about the external link problem.
